Quick guide to deploying an OMniLeads instance
1. System requirements
- You need a modern Linux server (such as Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky, Alma Linux, OpenSUSE, among others), either on-premises or in a cloud VM.
- Make sure you have SSH access to the target computer and a stable internet connection.
- Determine whether you'll use Docker or Ansible + Podman based on your needs — both allow for automated installations. LINK.
2. Option A: Rapid deployment with Docker
- Have Docker Engine installed (can be on Linux, Mac or Windows).
- Download the Deploy Manager.

- Remember to define the type of infrastructure on which you will deploy your Contact Center (LAN, cloud, etc.).

4. ¿“AIO” (All In One), HA, Cluster Horizontal?
This deployment scheme places ALL components (web application, database, PBX, etc.) on a single server/datacenter. It's ideal if you don't need high availability or immediate scalability.
